Description:

This degree will develop your language skills and historical awareness. You'll deepen your understanding of cultures and societies in Europe and beyond.

We have a wide choice of optional modules. This means you can design your degree, choosing what interests you most.

  •   History  or   Classical Studies 
Applicants are required to have an average of 75% in six grade 12 U, U/C or M courses, including History or Classical Civilisation and typically including a modern foreign language. If you are not studying a modern foreign language, the department will consider other evidence of aptitude for language learning (such as a languages GCSE or, for non-native speakers of English, an English language qualification).

  • International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 7.0]
Application Notes : International students need an overall IELTS grade of 7.0 with a minimum of 6.5 in each component, or an equivalent English language qualification.
